We are big fans of cardamom and with a goal of marrying this intensely aromatic spice with chocolate we found that our 50% dark milk chocolate provided the optimal base when combined with just the right amount of cardamom essential oil. The results are quite simply addictive. 

As in all of our chocolate bars, we strive for a true balance in flavors and exceptional texture. We make sure to highlight the cacao as well as the added ingredients, not letting any one over-power the others. 

Ingredients: Hawaii-grown cacao, organic cane sugar, organic whole milk powder, organic cocoa butter & cardamom oil
