Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our locally made chocolates through strategic field marketing initiatives. This role involves engaging with customers, conducting chocolate tastings and pop-up marketing events, and building relationships to increase brand awareness and drive sales in designated local markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations and tastings at various locations, including retail stores, farmers' markets, and community events.
Identify and establish relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and community groups to organize tastings, events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with retailers to create compelling in-store displays and promotions that showcase our products effectively.
Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically, embodying our values and conveying our brand story to customers effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional roles, preferably within the food or beverage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills to plan and execute marketing events efficiently.
Enthusiastic and passionate about promoting locally made products and able to convey this enthusiasm to customers.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed for events and promotions.
Access to transportation and a valid driver's license for travel within the designated area.
