In this 55% dairy-free dark milk, we use dried, Hawaii-grown coconut instead of powdered dairy milk (typically found in “milk” chocolate) in the base chocolate.

To add contrasting texture, as well as a deeper cacao element, we carefully roasted and chopped cacao nibs to sprinkle on the back.

Upon first taste, our ‘offical taste testers’ (AKA our children) threw two hands into the air like a touchdown and excaimed “Best Ever!” We hope you agree!
